But if you, like us, decided to take?up running (again), that’s one we can help you with. To celebrate 25 years?of Nike’s Just Do It campaign, we’ve teamed up with them to help you get your exercise regime back on track – and push yourself that little bit further – with a series of exclusive events and initiatives all geared around getting you to pull on your trainers and start running. 2. Win a trip to Paris with four friends ?to run the Paris Centre 10k on 6 October 2013.
Here’s a challenge for you: find your four best running buddies and, using the Nike+ Running App, work out how collectively you could run the distance from London to Paris – that’s 214 miles – in three weeks. You could win a trip to Paris to compete in the 10k race! We’ll also pay for your Eurostar tickets and hotel for the night.

Set your distance to 43 miles?or 69km (all your team will have to run this to clock the cumulative distance).

Once you’ve all hit the distance, take a screenshot of your leader board so all five runners can be seen on the display, and share your success with us. When posting the screenshot to Twitter, make sure you tag @NikeUK and @Grazia_live and use the hashtags #justdoit and #LDN2PARIS.
