With royal wedding fever taking hold of the country, over in the US, Legally Blonde heroine Reese Witherspoon recently tied the knot with A-list talent agent Jim Toth. This week, the pair were holed up on honeymoon in Belize in Central America. Belize, once known as British Honduras, was the only UK colony in Central America, English is the national language and it has vast swathes of virgin rain forest, pristine beaches and Mayan culture. The couple are staying at luxurious celebrity hideaway Turtle Inn, owned by director Francis Ford Coppola (for more details see www.coppolaresorts.com).
Accommodation is in individual thatched cottages, decorated with Balinese furnishings and all have private sun decks and ocean views. Two swimming pools offer a choice of freshwater and saltwater bathing and there's a gorgeous spa set in an open-air Balinese Rice House. A Family Pavillion costs from around £980 per night - they'll need the space - apparently Reece has taken along her two children Ava, 11 and Deacon, 7, from her marriage to Ryan Phillippe!
