‘Is my career over already?’
I think it’s vital to feel passionate about anything in your life which is important to you – including your career. But I’ve just been made redundant at 46 and I’m terrified that mine might be over. In today’s economic climate, I know I should be trying to transfer my skills to new areas and want to feel positive that I’ll find something great. But right now all I feel is vulnerable, panicky and sick inside as I wonder what I’m going to do and who will employ me?
