GALLERY>> Beauty Highlights From LFW Day 3

It was all go on day 3 at London Fashion Week with some seriously stunning beauty looks out in force and we were over the moon to be able to delve into the depths of the backstage world to discover the hair and make-up secrets of some of the best beauty pros around. Our highlight of the day was chatting to make-up legend Bobbi Brown backstage at L’Wren Scott- talk about a beauty crush! Read on to find out our top highlights from day 3…

Well, beauty is a fine art. Backstage at Jonathan Saunders. #tate #lfw #backstagebeauty

Jonathan Saunders not only stole the show with it's location - the masterpiece filled Tate Britain, we also fell for the 'super cool, probably rides a skateboard', hair as described by its creator Luke Hersheson for L'Oreal Professionel. Contrasting dry shampoo through the ends with a hint of shine at the roots this was a curl- wave hybrid at its best. We love!

The hair! The nails! The bag! The model! #sophiawebster #backstagebeauty #lfw

No amount of rain could dampen the mood backstage at Sophia Webster, where the theme was Insect Slumber Party. The models couldn't have been happier either! Bags we're emblazoned with creepy crawly references and mani's - by nail genius Jenny Longworth for Revlon - were a mix of printed slogans (buzzin', I'm fly, you get it?) or taking on the shimmer and print of butterfly wings. Topped of with antennae style hair and there you have it- beauty that cannot fail to make you smile!

Your four steps to perfect nude nails #essie #mulberry #backstagebeauty #grazia360 #lfw

There was no getting away from the nude nail at day three of London Fashion Week. From first show of the day, Preen, then on to Margaret Howell and then Mulberry, nails were all rocking pale, classy nude shades. True, it's not the sort of extravagant nail art we might have been looking out for but beautiful none the less (and let's be honest, far more practical too!). Our fave? The simple Essie mani at Mulberry using Essie Pillow Talk.

The lady who bought us naturally beautiful make-up, Bobbi Brown. Backstage at L'Wren Scott #backstagebeauty #lfw #grazia360

Some people own a trend, and make up artist guru Bobbi Brown can claim the natural yet groomed look as her own. At L'Wren Scott she talked us through the stylish look and we're now all running to try a wash of lilac shadow, with super pretty blush. Her secret? Bobbi Brown Retouching Powder. We're stocking up pronto!

What's that, St Tropez? A dry shimmer oil that develops a tan. Launches 2014! #backstagebeauty #marykatrantzou #sttropez #grazia360

A hazard of Fashion Week is that we spy need-in-our-beauty-life-now products that aren't available until next season. It's tough! At Mary Katrantzou it was beauty buy love at first sight when St Tropez tanning expert, Nichola Joss, gave us a sneak peek of the yet unnamed dry shimmer oil with tan that develops on your skin- launching spring 2014. Decadent, moisturising and tanning. What more does your summer bod need?
