Remember last season’s Stella make up?! That cobalt blue mascara, which you should all be wearing now FYI, and the gorgeous, dewy skin? Well this season, Pat McGrath opted for another pop of eye colour in the form of Laura Mercier’s eyeliner in Jungle. Using the green liner finely under the eyes from the inner to the out corner, following the line and shape of model’s eyes. Finished off with Max Factor’s Clump Defy mascara in brown to frame the eye, Pat managed to pull off another gorgeous Stella look!
It was time for a Sixties twist at Chloe yesterday, where Diane Kendal gave models a change from the usual glossy, minimalist look that Chloe is famous for, and added a copper hue to the model’s eyes, inspired by the collection. Taking the rich orange shadow and winging it out slightly, Diane finished the look by pressing in a matching orange pigment for an extra twinkle on the catwalk. We love!
The Chanel catwalk may have gone all hi-tech with its renewable energy theme, the catwalk was a solar panel, whilst wind turbines littered the venue, the beauty was right on track too. With a luna, futuristic, graphic blue eye shadow, taken right up to the model’s brows framed with a black, neat but heavy black liner, Peter Phillips and of course Karl, showed how looking after the planet is actually a lot chicer than you might think. Backstage at Chanel is always closed, so details of the Chanel products used are still top secret, we’re waiting patiently though for an update from our sources at Chanel, so please bear with us! No doubt, they'll be out just in time for Summer!
