Catwalk Highlights At Milan Fashion Week Day Two: Prada, Emporio Armani, Anteprima

Prada may be a quintessentially Italian brand, but leading lady Miuccia isn't afraid to look further afield for inspiration. This season it was Japan, and oversized flower blossoms and origami-like structuring took to the catwalk. At Emporio Armani, the brand turned out more of the casual-luxe wear that has become it's USP: their SS13 line was all about mixed layering, a subdued colour palette (camel, pale blues and greens) and metallic fabrics. Elsewhere, Anteprima championed the boxy silhouette, and Ermanno Scervino got hot with saturated oranges, yellows, and pinks, before cooling off with monochrome.
