If Donatella Versace gets her way, we're all going to have to start doing some serious crunches now in order to achieve the washboard stomachs necessary to wear half of her S/S '11 collection.
Jackets were cropped short, worn with high-waisted pencil skirts, shift dresses were cut-out to reveal toned midriffs. The peek-a-boo theme ran throughout the collection; straight up and down dresses and otherwise demure suits were given a Versace sex over with see-through cut outs.
When it comes to creating red-carpet worthy gowns Donatella knows a thing or two and true to form, the evening wear section was the strongest part of this collection. The floor-length numbers adorned with panels of fringing had Oscar night written all over them - something FROWers January 'Mad Men' Jones and Jada Pinkett Smith couldn't have failed to notice.
