The A-list Fash Pack were out in force for Emilio de la Morena's S/S '11 show. With Olivia Palermo, Alice and Charlotte Dellal, super-stylist Caroline Sieber and Julia Restoin Roitfeld gracing the FROW, we knew we were in for a starry ride.
And we weren't wrong. The collection, inspired by the light of day and night, started with the dark of night working black-on-black texture in prom-shaped dresses, with subversive cut-out detailing. Scott Wilson's collaborative jewellery provided the stars, with gold futuristic neck-pieces and cuffs with jagged and pointy edges. The powder blue sky of day was illustrated with sheer floaty chiffon layered over simple bodycon dresses: dreamy.
Dusk closed the show with bold, block-coloured bandage dresses as modelled by our current style crush Jessica Hart who we hear is set to make the catwalk her home this week.
