MFW AW10 Beauty Report - Etro

Show: Etro
Location: Palazzo del Ghiaccio

Look: To accompany a Chinese-influenced collection, makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury referenced the 20s to create a super square shaded eye in a minky, mushroom shade, - 'copperplate' by MAC which was taken up to the brows. Meanwhile, cheeks were slightly contoured under the cheekbone and dewy on top with a touch of moisturiser, almost like a sepia photograph.

Eugene Soulieman, who's creating some refreshing styles in Milan right now, turned to 'old school fashion shows from the 70's' and created a super tight, shiny, serious and sophisticated bun with a severe side sweep and a stark parting. We also spotted our favourite hair styling technique yet, to keep flyaway hairs at bay, stylists were using over sized kabuki brushes (the ones hairdressers use to brush cut hair off your shoulders!) sprayed with hairspray to brush over the finished hair. Hair genius!
