LFW Beauty Report: Ashley Isham

The Show: Ashley Isham

Where: On/Off Bloomsbury Square

The Scene: So we're not going to lie, it's really very hot and stressful down here. Feeling a bit flustered and sweaty - how glamourous! There lots of tense energy- its all running a wee bit late after lots of models got held up at a casting.

The Look: Think Flash Gordon. Then think Ming the Merciless’ laughter and you've got it. Luxe glamour at its very best. Sharon Dowsett did the test for this look on her teenage nieces and we love it.  MAC's fabulous new Mineralize foundation provides a flawless base for a fabulous bronze eye created with either green brown or blue brown pro pigments depending on skintone. Shadow is extended to the hairline and lined with MAC Blacktrack and kohl in Smoulder. Cheeks are super sculpted using Pearl Cream Colour Base and a luscious lip created by pressing pink bronze pigment into lips. Its blinging brilliant. Malcolm Edwards meanwhile, used L'Oreal Products to create beautiful twisted up hair in a fun and modern take on the classic chignon. Very red-carpet and sophisticated but super fun too.

Hero products: MAC Pigment in Pink Bronze and L'Oreal Professionel Fix Design

Hot Product Spot: MAC Pro Pigments aren't available to us all but get hold of the fabulous new MAC eyeshadow in Club to create a soft two-tone smokey eye.

How to Tip: Sharon Dowsett told us that a light smokey eye allows you to be very strong and graphic with the shape. We're trying this out tonight f.y.i
