The Show: Malandrino
Where: The Chelsea Art Museum
The Scene: Madonna is blaring in the background, Tom Pecheux is having a well deserved cigarette and everyone is pretty relaxed and chilling out.
The Look: The Maladrino girls are fierce, fabulous and inspired by Mongolian Nomadic-Asian desert women. These warrior princesses have straight brows, glorious cheekbones, an elongated bronze cat-eye and taupe lips. Odille Gilbert used Phyto products to work hair into a tough, wispy and towering dry bun that resembled none other that a desert bush. Strange but wonderful.
How-to Tip: Tom Pecheux told us that using a white powder on the cheeks is a great way to achieve a matte highlighted look - ‘…pat the powder into your thumb and blend on the face’
Secret Product Spot: CND nail polishes in Dark Ruby and Copper Shimmer. These were layered on top of one another and finished with Super Matte Topcoat. Fibre-free cosmetic pads were then pressed on to the nail to create a texture that matched the leather and fur in the show.
