Paris Fashion Week: bits you might have missed…

Didn't make it to Place Vendôme for a weekend packed with shows? No worries, we were there pounding the Parisian streets (and munching on a few Ladurée macaroons for sustenance) to bring you every nugget of fashion news. So here's the need-to-know from this weekend to blag your way through Paris Fashion Week.

Pamela Anderson stole the show! She cavorted down the Vivienne Westwood catwalk three times in a show that was – from the model casting to the smoky make-up – a total homage to the former Baywatch star.

But if Pamela's look isn't immediately transferable into the real working world, there was plenty more wearable on offer: Loewe did sophisticated separates and had us thinking we might start belting our oversized scarves now; Lanvin was fiercer than usual but still delightfully beautiful; and Riccardo Tisci put real (well, size 10 real) women on the Givenchy catwalk.

If Parisian fashion's looking wearable though, get ready for some extreme beauty trends. The two-tone lip at Emanuel Ungaro is for the colour brave only and crimping is making a major comeback at Karl Lagerfeld (Anna Wintour approved, though).

Wonder what the front rowers have made of it all? Hollywood's heavy-hitters Charlize Theron were red-carpet shopping, Peaches Geldof and co were hanging out and Beth Ditto is starting some fashion anarchy. Oooh er!

And it doesn't end there! Today Paul McCartney's stopped by to see Stella's show already, we're popping into Mulberry and the big shows are Giambattista Valli and Yves Saint Laurent. Follow our live Twitter feed here and check back for hourly Paris Fashion Week updates – and more!
