Inspired by horror movies, Ann-Sofie Back's new collection was beautifully haunting in its simplicity. Entitled ‘Back from the Dead' (oh we do love a good pun), the models strutted down the runway with chalk-white faces, messy tousled hair and coloured contact lenses, whilst the soundtrack belted out a cross between the music from Psycho and Halloween. Having said that, the mood was more than light-hearted at the Topshop Space as we spotted Kanye West sat in one corner dressed head to toe in denim and scoffing sausage rolls whilst bemused surrounding fashionistas quaffed their champage. The highlight though, had to be the music from Ghostbusters that accompanied the models on their final walk, which had even the most glum of Front Row editors grinning as they clapped their hands to the music...
WHAT WE LOVED:
1) The entire first look: high waisted trousers and a blouse with feather details.
2) The black leather dungarees.
3) The slashed velvet body-con dress.
4) The oversized mannish blazer.
5) the grey coat with biker style lapels.
