Who's For Hooch? The Best Christmas Gift You Can Make This Week

17 December 2013 by

It’s homebrew – but infinitely more superior! This is basically vodka flavoured with anything you like from citrus fruits to coffee, vanilla, even toffees. Start now, as you’ll need to leave to seep for a couple of weeks.  Just ensure the bottles you use are clean, then seal well – and strain the vodka. To sterilise your bottles, wash inside and out with boiling water. Dry in a warm oven until all moisture is evaporated. For decorative glass bottles try Divertimenti, or Lakeland Plastics .
