The sun is finally here and we are all casting our gaze to summer plans. If you love food & drink as much as we do then you have GOT to get yourselves down to one of these culinary celebrations - and now's the time to book!


DATES: 7th - 10th August 2014

BEST FOR: Gourmet glamping

THE VIBE: Held in the rolling hills of the Cotswold countryside, musical highlights this year include London Grammar, Burt Bacharach and Metronomy.

THE FOOD: The celeb chef list is just as exciting with banquets from Angela Hartnett, Simon Rogan (founder of Michelin starred L'Enclume) and Russe Norman (King of the Polpo chain). Whether its your own homemade nest or a sumptuous yurt for two this luxurious foodie fest has something for everyone.

DATES: 26th - 27th July 2014

BEST FOR: Family fun

THE VIBE: Taking place on his famous farm, this music foodie heaven is a must!

THE FOOD: Whether it's catching up with the delectable man himself, or the mouth-watering celebrity chef Marcus Bean, it is gonna be a good 'un. With over one hundred beers, cooking demonstrations and a shindig in the veg garden we LOVE the sound of it.

THE DATES: 19th - 22nd June 2014

BEST FOR: Celeb spotting

THE VIBE: Held in Regent's Park, this is the biggest alfresco foodie festival in the Capital.

THE FOOD: Your ticket gives you a four hour session where you can sample tasters from forty of London's hottest restaurants. In addition you get to nibble and sip your way around local producer's stalls, take part in masterclasses and watch top chefs such as Michel Roux Jr, Raymond Blanc and Gary Rhodes in action!

THE DATES: 31st July - 3rd August 2014

BEST FOR: Artisan food

THE VIBE: Situated on a Castle campsite by the sea this is a family friendly fiesta.

THE FOOD: On site food ambassador will be Sunday Times Cookbook of the Year author Martin Morales and man behind Peruvian paradise Ceviche. Also making an appearance will be ITV Britain's Best Bakery winners David and Lindsay of The Cake Shop Bakery. Plenty of green space and big communal tables means you can make the most of street food from Louisiana grub from Crayfish Bob and tasty Tacos from Breddos.

THE DATES: 12th - 14th September 2014

BEST FOR: Foraging

THE VIBE: This small town has a rather large reputation for good food and drink.

THE FOOD: One hundred and sixty top quality small independent producers from the Marches (the England and Wales border) will be packed into Ludlow Castle. Celebrity chefs haven't been announced for this year but in the past The Hairy Bikers and Tom Kerridge have made an appearance. There is even an exclusive Secret restaurant where visitors will be treated to a gourmet walking tour to spot damsons, crab apples and wild mushrooms before enjoying the very same ingredients at dinner.
