Moda Operandi is the first website that allows you to shop next season’s looks straight from the catwalk for a limited time, months before they hit shop floors around the world. Shopping MO’s daily trunk shows is fast becoming the hippest way to shop as pre-ordering means you also get to pay half in advance and the rest before your purchase is delivered – yes really! Launched in 2011 by former US Vogue assistant and then Associate Market Editor Lauren Santo Domingo and business minded Aslaug Magnusdottir, this week it’s mostly the US labels to be filling their trunk show calendar. Designers from Alexander Wang, Opening Ceremony and 10 Crosby Derek Lam all have their Pre-Fall 2013 collections currently available for ordering. But what to buy?
