Here’s 5 Super-Chic Reasons To Go To Zara, Like, NOW! Or Just Buy From This SHOPPING FIX...

With the seasonal sales an almost distant memory (although you can still sniff out on a high summer bargain or two) there’s a veritable feast of fresh’n’exciting new stock heading to rails near you as we type. Most notably (in fact, when is it not?) you’ll find a particularly enticing array of just-in stock at Zara.

To enable a successful shopping trip – and TBH, to plan our own wardrobes – we’ve selected five key things that are worth giving up a moment or two of sunshine for…

1. The backless jumpsuit:

So elegant, right? Especially in navy and such a simple, floaty cut. You could wear this now to a summer BBQ with espadrilles and jangly jewellery, or later on in the season with a big biker jacket over the top. Although that back tie-detailing is beyond sexy. £59.99

2. The leather skirt:

Just the right lady-length shape, rendered in genuine leather (no plether for us, thanks!) and in a sumptuous oxblood-meets-maroon shade. Just perf for heading into Autumn, but also very nice now with a bare leg and simple tee. £159

3. The message necklace:

Alber Elbaz sent his models down the A/W’13 Lanvin runway with gold bling saying ‘Happy’ ‘Help’ and ‘Go’. Zara are saying it’s a ‘Maybe’. We say it’s a yes to this cheeky little number. Layer over a grey marl t-shirt. £19.99

4. The satin sandals:

Zara do a great line in two-strap sandals, the latest edition are these emerald green satin beauties. Good for weddings, great for parties, even useful for adding some extra oomph to a Friday night outfit of boyfriend jeans and a shirt. At £39.99 we should probs get them in black, too. Just to be on the safe side.

5. The sleeveless jacket:

OK, so grey pinstripe doesn’t set your world on fire… yet. The coming season is all about mannish tailoring and the sleeveless coat and this business-y print play two big roles. So swot up early with a new layering piece. £59.99
