You've probably had this conversation a lot over the past few weeks, but isn't it freezing?! With chilly temperatures well and truly on our doorstep, our winter wardrobes have officially got the call up.

And to us, that means one thing and one thing only: winter jumpers. If you haven't already stocked up on cosy knits to wear with a quilted jacket or gilet, plus a gigantic winter coat, then where exactly have you been? A big jumper, layered on top of a thermal vest or even a long-sleeved top, will see you through even the most sub-zero temperatures like those we experienced this weekend - and you don't have to compromise on style.

Statement jumpers had their moment in 2022, but this year, the fashion pack has been gravitating towards chunky polo necks and cable knits in sumptuous shades of cream and biscuit or simple V-necks - hello, Julianne Moore! - in a primary colour that packs a punch.

That's not to say you can't be as over-the-top (or as understated) as you fancy with your knit of choice. Want a classic crew-neck jumper that you will hoard in your wardrobe for the best part of a decade (see Gigi Hadid)? We've found the one for you. Want something more on-trend and statement? We have you covered in that area, too.
