Kim Kardashian's Fashion Evolution
Famous for her bootylicious curves, Kim Kardashian certainly has dressing for her figure down to a T. It’s safe to say she owns the bodycon look, and why not! With curves like that we’d all live in figure hugging dresses that cling to a teeny-tiny waist.
Although she shot to fame in, hmm how shall we put it, not the most gracious manor (anyone remember the scandalous leaking of her sex tape in 2007)? She’s certainly transformed her image into a chic, fashionista since! Not only does her profile include entrepreneur, actress, model and socialite, we get to watch every second of it in her reality show ‘Keeping up with the Kardashians’. This show might just be the epitome of the phrase ‘guilty pleasure!’ Oh and not forgetting, she’s also carrying the baby of blingtastic boyfriend Mr Kanye West.
Her style has certainly transformed over the years, and we’ve been there to catch every minute of it. Whether it’s glammed up for the red carpet or dressed down for a shopping spree in New York, Kim is rarely spotted without her signature 6 inch heels. The Kardashian beauty is now one of the most stylish celebs on the red carpet, often sporting a mix of Louboutin, Alexander McQueen and Burberry, to name a few. She was also spotted FROWing it up at the Stephane Rolland show at Paris Fashion Week. In a recent photo-shoot for US Elle, she was styled by, wait for it, Nicola Formichetti. Yes that’s right, the man responsible for THAT Lady Gaga meat dress! This photo-shoot stayed strictly vegi though and Formichetti complimented Kim’s pregnant bod beautifully letting her stick to her signature tailored jacket.
Since announcing the Kimye pregnancy she’s had fun experimenting with the androgynous look and looked fabulous in feathers at the Topshop opening in Hollywood. Here at the Grazia HQs we’re very excited about watching her pregnancy look evolve. Something tells us that’s going to be one trendy tot!
