Would You Wear A Hand-Cuff? No, Not THAT Kind Of Hand-Cuff! SHOPPING FIX

Leila Kashanipour's hand-cuff selfies

Following in the path of the jewellery world's most recent rebels - that's super-popular ear-cuffs, pinky rings and hand-chains - is the hand-cuff. We’re not talking the type you'd use for kinky bedroom antics but a kind of bangle that slips over your fingers and rests across the back of your hand instead. Our descriptions don’t really do the product justice, so be sure to check out the images here to get to grips with this new adornment.

More of Leila! She wears it well...

The girl who has brought them to our attention is London-based jewellery designer Leila Kashanipour of LeiVanKash (you may recall Style Hunter met up with her earlier this year). Her many hand selfies (above) have proven just how chic this latest accessory can be – especially when styled up with midi rings galore and a good mani. Freedom at Topshop have also hooked onto the hand-cuff movement, with several different dainty styles available online right now, but if you're more of a statement bling kind of girl, then Leila's signature rose and semi-precious stone combinations make for a more substantial HC.

Could you be seeing these on a red carpet soon? We think so. They'd be perfect for glinting in the paparazzi flash whilst waving to one's adoring fans, don't you think? Plus, when you consider the celebrity following Leila already has - we're talking Rita Ora, Cara Delevingne and Olivia Palermo - it sounds highly likely! Grab 'em while you can.
