Will Kate Moss soon be on 'The Face'?

15 November 2013 by

Its the X Factor of the catwalk, the perfect Monday night entertainment and, if rumours are to be believed, 'The Face' is about to get EVEN MORE interesting. We were ridonkulously excited to hear there's going to be a second series of the ferociously competitive and oh-so-fabulous reality show but we have felt there is one thing missing from the judges panel - or more precisely one person - the wonderful Mossy! And it looks like that might be all about to change.

Speaking to Grimmy on his Radio 1 breakfast show yesterday Naomi Campbell said: "I asked Kate Moss to do the Face, I asked her last night! I have faith." Not three but FOUR supermodels on one show? That's almost too hot to handle.

After taking America by storm the show got its very own British version and our telly boxes soon got a heavy dose of catfights, backstabbing, high drama and high heels. Naomi also admitted to Grimmy that she was just a little bit nervous about the show being screened on home shores: "It's a bit strange watching myself,  I was nervous about how I would be perceived because it's in England and this is where I was born."

And Ms C asked Grimmy to walk at Fashion for Relief, her charity fashion show taking place in LA in January - before taking part in Call or Delete, when Grimmy randomly chose a number from her phone to prank call.  New York club owner Richie Akiva was bore the brunt of the joke - Naomi told him Lady Gaga wanted him to build a pop-up nightclub in London. "She wants dolphins, or you could offer some kind of cat - a tiger, or a lion. We can go to the zoo and ask them if we can borrow an animal." Sounds like our kind of party!

But while we wait for the invitaiton, Caroline Winberg, Erin O'Connor and Naomi Campbell's teams have us on the edge of our seats and Miss Campbell has kindly kept us well informed of the behind the scenes goss with her weekly blog. This is one of our favourite extracts - Ms Campbell is not scared of telling it like it is.

"Team Naomi are survivors, so you'll see a new level of intensity to our work in order to stay in the competition.  We don't just want to win, we NEED to win.

Each mentor has a different way of getting the most out of their teams.   Since my team cannot afford to loose, I don't go gentle on them.  You will see me become a proper drill sergeant  - it's do or die, and I can't be gentle on them."

But what kind of mentor Mossy would be? We can't imagine her being a drill sergeant a la Naomi BUT having said that she hasn't got where she is today by being a wallflower. We bet she'd have some tricks up her sleeve for #TEAMKATE.

The final of 'The Face' will drop on Monday night at 9pm on Sky Living so book a night in on the couch and stay tuned for Naomi's next exclusive Grazia Daily blog post
