Wildfox Launch A Denim Line With The Super-Skills Of A-List Loved Michelle Siwy

L.A. based label Wildfox has long had a celebrity following for their holey motif-emblazoned sweaters and cheeky slogan t-shirts, but now they’re making a move into the world of denim and they mean business. The vintage-inspired brand’s founders (and old pals) Emily Faulstitch and Kimberley Gordon have enlisted the super-skills of Michelle Siwy – as in Siwy jeans. Another American label loved by the ladies from both sides of the pond, from Kate Moss to Nicole Richie.

“I’ve always been a big fan of Wildfox, so when the opportunity to work with the company presented itself, I was really excited to join the team,” Michelle tells us exclusively.  “Wildfox has a very unique place on the market with room to offer not only serious, high end jeans but also has a client willing, trusting and open to try very fun styles that capture the brand’s DNA. All of these details combined with the perfect fit make Wildfox Denim very rare and covetable.”

So what does that mix of high end, comfort and fun result in? A selection of easy-peasy wear-every-day styles like worn-in boyfriend jeans or simple black skinnies, alongside an array of jazzier colourways and surface detailing.

Michelle’s favourite is the boyfriend jean in a variety of distressed washes. “We have every girl in our office wearing them and they look totally different from each other within just a week. Some have rips that have completely opened and some haven't. It's beautiful to see them change over time.”
