3. Get ready for Instagram gold

The stars will all have fully charged phones stored in their clutch bags, so expect to see a flurry of #BFA posts.

4. Jack Whitehall is presenting

David Walliams was scheduled to present this year's awards ceremony, however he cancelled all work commitments for the rest of the year as he requires back surgery after tearing a disc during his 2011 Thames swim. But all is not lost, as Jack Whitehall is taking his place, entertaining the fash pack.

5. Marc Jacobs will throw the party of all parties

Tonight Marc Jacobs is throwing the party of all parties for Kate Moss. Once the evening wraps up at the London Coliseum, the fashpack will make their way to London's very own Playboy Club to party the night away.

6. Prepare for a whole lot of celebrating

We'll see some cracking celebration faces in the winners room, especially if Cara Delevingne gets her paws on another Model of the Year Award.

7. Harry Styles will go all fashion (again)

Harry Styles is nominated for the Style Icon Award at the British Fashion Award, so we have our fingers crossed he will be there in case he wins the gong. His fashion fairy godfather Nick Grimshaw is bound to be at the event, seeing as the BFC have given him a new job as the [a target="_blank" href="/fashion/news/10-reasons-why-nick-grimshaw-will-make-a-great-ambassador-for-london-collections--men">latest ambassador for London Collections: Men[/a].

8. Founders of i-D Magazine, Terry and Tricia Jones, win an Outstanding Achievement Award

The BFC have just revealed that Terry and Tricia Jones will receive the Outstanding Achievement gong thanks to their tremendous contribution to the fashion industry. So who is this iconic couple you ask? After assisting graphic designer Ivan Dodd, in 1977 the 27-year-old Terry was hired as the art director of British Vogue where he worked for five years. Terry founded i-D in 1980 with his wife Tricia, an infant school teacher, as a 40-page, hand stapled fanzine.

9. Will Cara Delevingne play the drums? Fingers crossed!

Who better to entertain the crowds than Cara D? Rumours have been circulating that the models will play the drums at the ceremony. However she has been spotted filming her film The Face Of An Angel so perhaps she will be a no-show this year.

10. We'll all take a moment to appreciate this lady

Kate Moss is receiving an award for, well, being Kate Moss. She is the lucky winner of a Special Recognition accolade, but this isn't Kate's first BFAs gong. You'll remember she was previously awarded model of the year in 2006 and in 2009, she was the first individual to receive The London 25 Award decided entirely by public vote.

Tonight a little thing called The British Fashion Awards is taking place in London, which in our eyes is just as big as the Oscars. The awards will celebrate the breadth and depth of talent in the British fashion industry from the emerging stars to the designer brands, models and style icons with the ultimate accolade being awarded to the Designer of the Year.

This year 300 members of the fashion industry voted for the winners who will be announced at the awards ceremony, which is hosted at the London Coliseum. As in past years, it will be attended by the who's who in style - industry leaders, designers, models - all there to celebrate the best in British fashion. Grazia Daily will be reporting live from the red carpet and looking out for Harry Styles. Is it time to get ready yet?!
