1. Don’t shy away from skin-baring panels
Selena shows off her killer frame with lots of cut-out details. She keeps the panels small and tasteful by balancing them with longer length hemlines, sleeves and ladylike silhouettes.
2. Colour is key
She doesn’t shy away from an array of colours, going for a surprising mint green Cushnie et Ochs dress in Austin last week, as well as uber tropical Dolce & Gabbana at the screening of Spring Breakers at the SXSW Music, Film + Interactive Festival in Texas.
3. Tuxedo dressing is not just for power-suiting
While it is a major spring trend, tuxedo dressing can be fairly limiting if you don’t fancy suiting-up for a night on the town. So the alternative? A Pucci dress just like Selena wore on the Late Show with David Letterman last night is absolutely perfecto.
