Back in February Victoria Beckham told her fashion story via her whizzy interactive timeline 'Five Years- The Victoria Beckham Fashion Story' on Skype. She gave her most candid insight to date on how she went from Spice Girl to world-renowned designer. Now VB is giving us an all access pass to her Autumn Winter 2014 show at New York Fashion Week via the behind-the-scenes video above. The video makes it clear that Victoria is involved in everything from lighting to set design - she even decides the paint colour of the benches.
The good news is this is one of three videos which are on the Skype Collaboration Project website right now. These other behind-the-scenes videos go beyond the catwalk show and show you how sales, marketing and design all come together. Super exciting, right?

As for the makeup this season she said: 'I didn't want to put too much makeup on the girls so I said to Pat (McGrath) I want them to have a little bit of make up but I don't want it to look like they are wearing makeup. I want it to be very natural and beautiful makeup.' As for Victoria's models Victoria reveals: 'It's always about proportion with me. This season particularly I wanted a long leg and a high hip because i have lots of trousers. So I was very specific about the proportion of the girl.'
At her show this season we managed to grab five minutes with VB to talk about the luxe grunge pieces. She said to Grazia Daily backstage: 'The ruffle over the trousers was completely new this season and I love the colour print combined with the pleated skirt. It's exactly what I want to wear right now. I like that mix of androgyny and femininity, like the long feminine skirts with the more masculine trouser underneath. I think that looks really, really cool. Also tunic dressing is something that I really relate to and I think the girls look really feminine and sexy.'

As for the evolution of her brand she said: 'For my first season, I put my signature dresses on the catwalk and there are a lot of them in the selling campaign. They're great dresses and they do have the fashion message in them, but I think each season the more people understand me and my brand, the more I can push it a little bit. And I enjoy doing that because I’ve got lots of ideas that I want to try.' Want to see more? Visit the Skype Collaboration Project website.
