Eeek! Kate Moss for Topshop is almost here! Announced last October, her new collection lands on the high street on April 30.
To get us ready for big day, Toppers has teamed up with NOWNESS to create a series of films that give us an insider glimpse into Mossy's life. Shot by Leigh Johnson, each clip features an interview with a different friend or fashion contact of Kate's.
Today's offering? A chat with legendary make-up artist, Charlotte Tilbury. The creator of Kate's iconic smokey winged eye look gushes about Kate's lips in the film. She describes the model as having 'the face of a generation' and talks about her 'revolutionary' style.
'I've even been with her in a spa and she'll make a towel look really cool,' says Charlotte. 'She'll just wear it in a certain way.'
'Her incredible library of references has helped her become an amazing designer. She took all these amazing vintage clothes that you so desperately want but she remodelled them into cool lengths.'
The first short film debuted yesterday and starred Mossy's bezzie Nick Grimshaw. The radio presenter spilled the beans on his pal's sweet nature and hilarious sense of humour in the clip.
'We got drunk and decided to have tattoos once,' he says. 'And I thought that I at the time really wanted to have Bart Simpson tattooed on me and she stopped that happening. The next day she was like 'you happy?' and I was like 'yes Kate.''
Want more? Still to come there's Beth Ditto revealing Kate's best model pose and Cara Delevingne remembering wanting to be just like Kate when she was growing up. Plus, we go backstage with Vivienne Westwood and on a stroll in Holland Park with Natalie Massenet.
Two films will be aired weekly on Topshop.com in the four weeks run up to the Kate Moss Topshop launch on 30th April.
