Watch: From The FROW To Backstage At Jonathan Saunders
Just last week at the London collections the fashion glitterati ascended the opulent staircase at the entrance of the Tate Britain to witness the latest offerings from Jonathan Saunders.
As part of our all-encompassing Grazia 360 project we were granted an exclusive access-all-areas pass to the show itself. From the hair and makeup stations situated in Tate’s historic galleries to the front row there was an air of great excitement ahead of the autumn/winter 2014 collection being showcased for the first time.
Indeed, as one of the most hotly anticipated shoes on the London Fashion Week schedule, not only were all the top editors there but a number of fashion ‘it’ girls took their front row seats. Let’s just say when we spoke to the likes of Leigh Lezark, Foxes and Atlanta De Cadenet there was no sign of their love for Jonathan Saunders wavering anytime soon.
Jonathan has designed our subscriber's cover for this week's issue! (Grazia)
Post show we skipped back stage to have a one-on-one chat with the man of the hour, Jonathan himself where he talked us through the inspiration behind his latest collection, who exactly the Jonathan Saunders woman is this season and why he just isn’t interested in the realm of celebrity dressing. Take a look at the video above!
As part of our collaboration with Jonathan, the designer followed in the foot steps of Karl Lagerfeld and Dolce and Gabbana by designing our subscribers cover. The cover, a whirl of print and a mashed up Grazia logo, will be hitting our subscriber's front door matts this morning! #exciting! You will also find more exclusive Jonathan Saunders coverage within this week's issue.
