It all started back in 2008. Three style-icons-in-the-making tentatively tackled the red carpet for a little-known film called Twilight. There was Nikki Reed, a bronzed brunette dressed in a verging-on-frumpy black and white frock. Ashley Greene, a model-turned-actress, kicked off her red carpet assault in a frothy LBD. And Kristen Stewart, the film's leading lady, beginning her Balenciaga love in a multi-coloured frock against her gorgeously pale skin.
Fast forward four years and the same stars are sharing the same red carpet. Nikki has transformed into a statesque stunner with slicked back hair, a blinging wedding ring and a glamorous gown by red carpet royalty Versace. Ashley, now the face of Donna Karan, is swathed in a couture gown by the mega brand. And then there's Kristen, or rather K-Stew, who has performed a sartorial overhaul before our very eyes and is now kitted out in a floor-sweeping gown and looking more confident than ever.
