This week the red carpet (and sidewalk) have been packed with plenty of looks in the running for the title of best dresser. There have been several major premieres in our calendar, as on Monday night we stepped onto the stormy carpet at the Noah Premiere, where Emma Watson was a total knock out in a white Ralph Lauren custom gown with a pleated detailing at the hip and thigh high slit.
Leicester Square has been a frock fest this week as at the Divergent premiere on Sunday evening in London Kate Winslet wore a black strapless Jenny Packham gown with a fitted bodice and slit to the knee. On the same red carpet Shailene Woodley wore blue fitted Stella McCartney with lace detailing at the neckline, an open back and fishtail skirt. The on Wednesday night it was The Other Woman premiere, where Leslie Mann, Cameron Diaz and Kate Upton hit the red carpet.

On Tuesday night in London the V&A hosted a VIP dinner for the opening of their Glamour of Italian Fashion exhibition. The red carpet was also a showcase of Italian fashion, as Rita Ora wore a white studded leather fringed Roberto Cavalli dress with a low V and white fur collar. Her hair was white to match her dress, which she paired with a bold red lip (obvs). Naomi Campbell also opted for Cavalli, wearing a fiery black sequin fringed dress with red detailing and a black fur collar from his Autumn Winter 2014 collection. Poppy Delevingne opted for a loud Emilio Pucci Pre-Fall 2014 printed floor-sweeper, with an open back. Our Editor-in-Chief Jane Bruton was at the dinner, where she mingled with the great Mr Valentino and Instagrammed some pieces from the exhibition.

It was Lady Gaga's birthday this weekend and she dressed on theme wearing nothing but her birthday suit. The 28-year-old wore a nude bodysuit covered with red roses, with her white thong visible underneath. Not a look to be tried at home. She then went to the other extreme, wearing a white furry yeti suit complete with a furry white mask covering her face. We're not sure how she managed to walk in that one!
Then it was the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards, where Bella Thorne wore an emerald Valentino playsuit, Selena Gomez wore printed Dolce & Gabbana and Lea Michele was oh so pretty in a pink Elie Saab lace babydoll dress. Speaking of Awards shows, over in London it was the Jameson Empire Awards where Margot Robbie won the red carpet race in a red Paper London off-the-shoulder jumpsuit, with a black belt and sparkly clutch. Rosamund Pike also wowed on the red carpet in a black lace Erdem jumpsuit.
