The GIF That Keeps On Giving: Our Top 10 Highlights From 2014 Golden Globes

Another year, another hi-larious Golden Globes ceremony and 2014 certainly brought the LOLs. It all started on the red carpet when Jennifer Lawrence delivered one of the most GIF-able moments of her career so far by sneaking up on her apparent new BFF Taylor Swift while the singer was being interviewed by Ryan Seacrest. J-Law joked that she had planned to push Taylor down the stairs. Perhaps she didn't want to be the only one to have incurred an almighty award's season fall.

Meanwhile Emma Thompson, who we think could possibly play Jennifer's British aunt in a movie (such is their combined ability to add a touch of fun to a Hollywood event) got a little bit tiddly on Martinis and proceeded to present an award barefoot with a cocktail glass in hand before throwing her Christian Louboutin shoes over her shoulder. Perhaps that's good luck in the thespian world.

Actor Shia Labeouf received a roasting from funnyman Jim Carrey who joked 'Dying is easy... Comedy is hard. I believe it was Shia LaBeouf who said that. So young ... so wise' in reference to the star's recent spate of Twitter spats. But there were no hard feelings when Breaking Bad won Best Drama Series with Aaron Paul - Aka Jessie Pinkman - delivering the immortal line, 'Yeah bitch!'

And finally, we have to give credit where credit is due to Teen Wolf actor Colton Haynes who spoofed Jennifer Lawrence's GIF-tastic red carpet moment in what appears to be a duvet. Genius!

1. Emma Thompson seemed to be in good spirits...

...Or perhaps the spirits were a little too good?

2. Julia Louis-Dreyfus played up for the camera

And then she ate a hot dog and gained our total respect.

3. But Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow were NOT impressed.

4. Perhaps they are Shia Labeouf fans.

5. Jennifer Lawrence gave good 'Holy s**t, I've just won' face...

6. Bono spurned the advances of his mate P Diddy

7. But he did have a shoulder rub with Amy Poehler

8. Aaron Paul and Bryan Cranston were just happy to be there...

9. And Aaron perfectly summed up how it feels to win

10. Last but not least, the GIF of the night goes to... J-Law (natch)
