Fifi Geldof has paid a touching tribute to little sister Peaches Geldof. The 31-year-old posted a childhood snap on Instagram showing herself and her sister pulling faces for the camera. She captioned the image: 'My beautiful baby sister... Gone but never forgotten. I love you, Peaches x.'

Social media has been flooded with tributes to the 25-year-old after she was found dead yesterday in the Kent home she shared with husband Tom Cohen and sons Astala and Phaedra. Peaches was the second daughter of Paula Yates and Bob Geldof. Her father released a statement yesterday describing his daughter as the 'wildest', 'funniest' and 'cleverest' of the family.

'Peaches has died. We are beyond pain. She was the wildest, funniest, cleverest, wittiest and the most bonkers of all of us.' he said. 'Writing 'was' destroys me afresh. What a beautiful child. How is this possible that we will not see her again? How is that bearable? We loved her and will cherish her forever. How sad that sentence is. Tom and her sons Astala and Phaedra will always belong in our family, fractured so often, but never broken. Bob, Jeanne, Fifi, Pixie and Tiger Geldof.'

Peaches's husband Tom has also issued a statement. The S.C.U.M. musician who married Peaches in 2012 described his wife as 'adored'. Tom said: ‘Peaches was adored by myself and her two sons...and I shall bring them up with their mother in their hearts everyday.’

Tom and Bob's statements were joined by messages of goodwill from Peaches' friends. Lily Allen tweeted: 'My thoughts are with Peaches' family at this awful time. I hope they get to grieve in peace. Peaches, rest in peace gorgeous girl Lily Allen.' Her tweet was joined by tributes from pals including Kelly Osbourne, Fearne Cotton and Ellie Goulding who all remembered Peaches warm character.
