It's true! An alert from Burberry HQ confirms what we long suspected: Sienna Miller is the new face of Burberry. The Brit actress stars in the Autumn Winter 2013 ad campaign, which has just landed. As if that wasn't exciting enough Mr Sienna Miller - aka: Tom Sturridge - is also striking a pose for the luxury brand. Too. Much. Cuteness!
Tom and Sienna have been shot as a couple by Mario Testino so the mood is wonderfully romantic. In one of the black and white images, the pair - who are parents to daughter Marlowe - are cosying up to each other with Tom's arm wrapped around Sienna and his hand cheekily resting on her derriere. She's wearing that gorgeous heart motif that we saw on the London Fashion Week catwalk with a minxy leather skirt while he's looking dapper in a suit.

The second image is even more swoon-worthy as the pair lock lips with a Burberry purse concealing their kiss. Sienna looks like a classic Burberry babe in the brand's signature trench coat with her blonde hair looking very Cara Delevingne-esque. They might divide themselves between London and New York, but there's no denying the quintessentially Britishness about this boho couple.
To add to the campaign's star power, Tom Odell provides the soundtrack - a specially created version of 'Hold Me' recorded live at the Autumn Winter 2013 show. It's already a happy week for the musician who saw his debut album reach number 1 in the UK charts.
The idea is a love story that continues Burberry's couple concept, which has become synonymous with the campaigns over the years,. Think Gabriella Wilde and Roo Panes, Eddie Redmayne and Cara Delevingne as well as Rosie Huntington-Whitely and Sam Riley in 2008. Oh, and let's not forget Emma Watson and George Craig who went on to be an actual real couple.
But it has to be said: Sienna and Tom have to be the best Burberry couple yet. Don't you agree? The accompanying video proves just how loved-up these two really are, smooching away in matching leather biker jackets and giggling like a couple of tweens. We sigh.
'This was a shoot full of love and laughter. It was such a treat to work with Sienna and Tom, and to capture their magic together,' Christopher Bailey, Burberry Chief Creative Officer, said of the campaign.
Sienna and Tom replace David and Victoria Beckham's son Romeo, who struck a pose alongside model Edie Campbell for the Spring Summer 2013 campaign. The couple encouraged rumours when they appeared at the opening night of Tom's Broadway play 'Orphans' wearing head-to-toe Burberry then attended the Met Ball as Burberry guests.
There's no doubting Sienna is capturing our hearts all over again. She recently received rave reviews for her performance as Tippi Hendren in The Girl and is tipped for further success with her upcoming film Foxcatcher. She's also kept us fashion lot entertained this weekend thanks to the return of her terrific festival wardrobe showcased at Glastonbury.
