Selena Gomez might have started her career in the Disney tween uniform of flared jeans and long sleeved tees on Wizards of a Waverly Place, but she has recently enrolled in the fash pack. We have noticed that Selena is having a fash-over, as she wore masculine Margaret Howell for her i-D Magazine cover and went vampy on the front row at Versace over the weekend. Well now she has met high fashion's gatekeeper, Anna Wintour.

Selena was spotted grabbing a bite between shows at the Four Seasons with Vogue editor, Anna Wintour. So what were they nattering about over their Caesar salads? Could Selena have, major squeal, bagged her first US Vogue cover? Was Anna giving her some inside designer tips? Or did they just talk about tennis? After all it is Anna's favourite FROW convo topic.

It seems as though Selena is attempting to steer away from her Disney image, as being part of the child star club doesn’t always do wonders for your style street cred. While the likes of Miley Cyrus go to more extreme measures to shake off (or twerk) the dreaded Mickey Mouse ears, Selena seems to be turning to planet fashion. Anna Wintour isn't a fan of good girl gone bad behavious as she supposedly cancelled Miley’s upcoming Vogue cover shoot.

While in Milan Selena also met up with Donatella Versace, as she posted a picture on Twitter of her dining with the platinum-haired fashion icon with the caption: 'To be great, learn from the greatest.' They're probs BFFs now. Selena pulled off the Versace look on the front row in a Versace bondage frock with sexy cut-outs and pointed Versace black pumps. Her dark pout is a clear signal that she isn't a Disney tween anymore.
