It seems that the fash-pack, not normally known for their soft silly side, can’t get enough of cuddly dolls and teddy bears of late. The latest ones to tickle our fancy are the Mua Mua Dolls. The brand new selection of knitted play things immortalise some of our fashion favourites – we're talking everyone from Anna Wintour, Karl Lagerfeld and Alexander McQueen to Beyonce, Donatella Versace and John Galliano. Cute!
Yes these designers, muses and general hot-to-trot FROWers have been knitted by a team of girls in Bali in an 'Andy Warhol inspired' factory. The local girls are saving up their wages to go to university, an opportunity they wouldn't otherwise have, and what better way to do it than by selling these adorable dolls for £85 each. You can bag your own Mua Mua doll on luxury gifting website Giftlab.com.
These aren’t the only stylish dollies on the market though. Recently the Christian Dior store in Paris went all out for their winter windows, decorating them with the chic-est handmade puppet ladies wearing couture Dior, natch.
