Not only were we super excited to chat to Rita Ora before the Burberry Prorsum Autumn Winter 2013 presentation today, but it was amazing to see the Brit nominated singer wearing the Black Score t-shirt that we gave to her best friend, model Cara Delevingne, at the Rihanna for River Island show on Saturday night!
It features an image of model of the moment Cara along with the slogan 'Queen Delevingne' and is part of a trio of exclusive Black Score for House of Grazia tees by illustrator Simeon Farrar. The other two designs pay homage to Cara’s fellow catwalkers Jourdan Dunn (‘No.1 Dunn') and Georgia May Jagger ('Got Swagger').
When we bumped into Miss Delevingne and showed her the tee the model squealed and said to Dunn, who was sitting next to her on the front row, 'Look Jourdan, this is the T-shirt I wanted!' before striking a pose. It seems she was so delighted with Farrar's handiwork that she passed it on to Rita to wear to the Burberry show. The singer revealed: 'Cara Delevingne gave it to me and told me to wear it to Burberry as she said it would be funny for me to be wearing my face.'
In a recent interview with The Sun pop star Ora revealed just how close she and Delevingne are. She explained: 'She’s officially mine. She’s, like, untouchable. I’ve taken her off the market. We call each other ‘wifey’. You know what a wifey means? It’s like your other half. Like when you get married, like, that’s your wife!’
Now, thanks to Grazia, Rita can keep her wifey close to her chest!
