It was the week that...
1. Hats took centre stage
Royals, society names and celebrities descended upon Berkshire for the annual Royal Ascot racing meet. The fun kicked off on Tuesday with the clothes horses of Great Britain - including HRH The Queen - making appearances alongside the likes of Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, Katherine Jenkins and Danielle Lineker. On Thursday, Ladies' Day, we played our favourite game of spot the hat and revealed the best dressed stars from the racetrack.
2. Kimye's baby name was revealed
Despite a false start TMZ revealed that the real name of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's first-born child is North West. The baby girl, who is guaranteed to be doted upon by the Kardashian family, will be called 'Nori' for short. But what do you buy for an A-list nipper named after a point on a compass? We've rounded up our fantasy bling baba wardrobe here.
3. Cara got a colouring book
Gosling's got one, so it makes total sense that superstar model Cara Delevingne should also have her own colouring book. The 'Colour Me Good Cara' book, which is due for release on July 1st, includes 16 pages of Cara cuteness in a variety of model-y poses; getting her make-up done, posing, looking geeky in specs, looking seductive in a t-shirt and biting on a rose stem, obvs.
4. Millie Mackintosh left 'Made In Chelsea' (we think)
Next season Made in Chelsea is going to be low on dog shots, trilbies and slaps as Millie Mackintosh is leaving the show. Her fiancée Pro Green leaked the news on BBC Radio 1, as he said that: 'She's just had enough of it ... I'm happy with her to do anything that makes her happy, and it really wasn't making her happy.' Well that's that then - look back at her style highlights here.
5. Jourdan Dunn told us who she's having round for dinner
We spoke exclusively to Miss Dunn at Selfridges earlier this week and she gave us the scoop on her cookery show, Well Dunn With Jourdan is going to be. Cara Delevingne and Karlie Kloss have stepped into Jourdan's kitchen, but next up is... drumroll please... Nicole Richie. Ah-mazing, right? Read the full interview here.
Most buzzed about this week
Once again the experts at EDITD have done some complicated number crunching to reveal what trends were the most talked about most fashion-wise this week. Rihanna's London wardrobe unsurprisingly caused quite a stir as the singer stepped out in, among other things, a sparkly Stella McCartney crop top and a Christopher Kane floral tracksuit. London Collections: Men also caused a splash, with the Burberry presentation and a week of parties attracting stars from Serena Williams to Suki Waterhouse.
