Even on a sleepy Sunday there was never any doubt that dedicated shoppers would set their alarms in order to own a bit of Target’s bargainous collaboration with Peter Pilotto when it launched just after 9am this morning. After all, ‘tis the first time that anyone in the UK has been able to shop the US high street giant’s famously fabulous designer collaborations without crossing the pond. And what’s more, one can do so from the comfort of one’s own home thanks to Net-A-Porter scooping the exclusive on this print-tastic mega-range. Double woop!

Earlier in the week the Grazia team cherry picked their favourites: with prices starting at a very wallet-friendly £15 and with tens of items to choose from, it was no mean feat to just select one or two. Which is why we’re not surprised to see – as GraziaDaily has in fact paid an exclusive visit to Net's distribution HQ today – that stock is flying. At it's peak, an item was being bought every single second. The earliest order was for the £50 matelassé red and blue cyber-floral onesie (congratulations whoever you are!) but the first item to completely sell out is the sporty, jersey printed skater dress - also £50 and as modelled to perfection by Jourdan Dunn in the collection’s vibrant campaign below.

‘We knew this collection would be a hot ticket. Peter and Christopher have produced amazing pieces for Target that are true to their style at the most incredible prices,'  Ben Matthews, Buying Manager of Net-A-Porter told us today. The warehouse is on fire (not literally!) with purchases like the £30 printed skate sneaks proving to be as popular as the £17 graphic sunglasses that so many A-listers like Alexa Chung loved at the New York Fashion Week launch two days ago.
