The Oscars 2014 awards are over and now the after-parties are kicking off! The great and good of Hollywood are dashing from the Academy Awards red carpet to the most glamorous events across the city for champers and celebrations - and they have SO much to celebrate! The likes of Jared Leto, Lupita Nyong'o, Cate Blanchett and Matthew McConaughey bagged prizes last night, with 12 Years A Slave winning best picture.
An addition to celebrating the great and good of acting, we also got a chance to spy loads of beautiful gowns at last night's ceremony. (Check out our round-up of the best dressed here.) Lupita looked like Cinderella and Jennifer Lawrence sizzled in bold red Dior... but the leading ladies of Hollywood are now changing out of their ceremony gowns and into their party dresses and are hoping for even more amazing looks to soon appear.
1. Jennifer Lawrence
The first incredible after-party outfit swap came from Jennifer Lawrence who traded her peplum scarlet floor-sweeper for a short and sheer mini-dress. The sparkling number had see-through panels down the sides and back that revealed the actress wasn't sporting an underwear. Jen also switched her nude make-up look for a dark smokey eye. Our verdict? Mega glam.
2. Amy Adams
Amy Adams was glamorous on the Oscars red carpet in a blue structured dress. Teamed with a bronze smokey eye and swept-back up-do, the navy number was super flattering. The American Hustle star traded in the look for a white grecian number to hit the after parties. While we like the white floaty frock - we LOVE the her in blue.
3. Anne Hathaway
Anne Hathaway's Gucci gown reminded us of her BAFTA look from last year with a jewel-encrusted bodice and simple black skirt. She kept to a similar fitted shape for the Oscars after-party, opting for a fitted monochrome maxi with a ruffled top. Like J-law she also swapped a simple make-up look for a bolder shadow later in the night.
4. Kate Hudson
Kate Hudson killed it on the Academy Awards red carpet in a white plunging gown with shoulder-pads and a cape. We loved her super-sleek side-swept locks. The elegant number clung to her body, showing off her curves. Heading the after-parties later she kept to the same sillouhette but upped the glam factor with a totally sheer skirts and beaded sections.
