1. Marc Jacobs' FROW appearance
The excitement has long been building for Luella Bartley and Katie Hillier's debut collection for Marc By Marc Jacobs - then who should appear on the front row at today's show than Mr MJ himself? 'I wanted to be here because it's my name on the brand after all,' he told a pack of excited journalists, including Emmanuelle Alt of Vogue Paris. 'Anyone who says they do this on their alone is a liar!'
2. Atlanta De Cadenet discusses the tricky shoe situation
We were delighted to spot Atlanta De Cadenet FROWing at the Marc By Marc Jacobs show today and most impressed to see her in a pair of towering Bottega Veneta shoes. 'The shoe situation is more difficult than deciding on the actual outfit because you can just throw a huge jacket on, but snow and high heels don't mix too well,' she told us. 'I've had at least three icy mishaps this week, which could have been very bad situations but I made it. I'm still alive!' Thank goodness fot that.
3. We heart Sophia Webster x JCrew
We were massive fans of Sophia Webster's debut collaboration with JCrew last season so imagine our joy to see she had come up with a whole new line for Autumn Winter 2014. Our faves were the pretty ribbon ankle-strap styles and the printed pointy stilettos. A party for the feet!
4. A glitter kiss from Rodarte
Rose Beer, our beauty editor, has been hopping from backstage to backstage in New York this week and seen everything from futuristic nail art, intricate hair buns and gold eyeliner on her travels - but she may have found the best beauty look yet. Say hello to the Rodarte girls who wore fairytale-inspired makeup by James Kaliardos for Nars - if we're talking dark, twisted fairytales, that is. The look featured dark eyes with shadow reaching up to the brows and a lip slicked with glitter. Wowsers.
5. The model everyone's talking about
'The model to watch? Natalie Westling'. These were Guido's wise words when we chatted to the hair maestro backstage today. And he's not wrong. Everyone wants a piece of the catwalker with striking red hair and pretty doll-like features - and that includes us! Grazia Daily nabbed Natalie at the Marc By Marc Jacobs show today to talk hair and MJ - you can read the full interview here.
6. Stacked sneakers: would you, could you?
If Sophia's dainty heels aren't your bag, we've found the coolest alternative at the Marc By Marc Jacobs show. Enter the stacker sneaker, slightly retro, slightly futuristic and totally covetable. Hashtag must-have!
7. Getting it on with Alexa Chung
Surely one of the best things about fashion week is bumping into Alexa Chung. She always has a witty tale to tell or a pair of supercool heels to covet so how pleased were we to see her FROWing for the first time this week at the Marc By Marc Jacobs show today? Umm, very. We were also very happy when she shared her snowy wardrobe tips with us. Get them here.
8. A raunchy GUESSing game
If anyone can put on a fun party, it's Guess. And when you're sipping cocktails with the likes of Kate Bosworth, Anna Kendrick and, err, Joe Jonas, you know you're in for a good night. The Road to Nashville Collection celebration saw a saucy display from denim-clad models who posed on a red-lit stage as Atlanta De Cadenet (yep, her again) DJ'd for an extremely beautiful crowd. Bottoms up!
