It can't be easy to follow in the footsteps of Cara Delevingne, but she can't bag every single campaign on earth, right? So the model du jour has stepped aside to allow bronzed beauty Jasmine Tooks take centre stage for DSquared2. In fact, Jasmine makes a joke of kicking Cara off the DSquared2 throne in a cheeky video that we've just got our hands on.
The scrapbook-style inspired video shows Jasmine oozing a languid self assurance, adorned in the brand's curve hugging Pre-Fall 2013 collection. Tooks showcases the distinctly Italian creations in dusted down colours, glittering diamante and towering Mary Janes in the campaign entitled 'The Mean Girl Diary'.
And she channels that Mean Girl spirit by looking through a diary filled with her rivals before stopping to axe out Cara Delevigne - the previous face of the brand'. Oooh, catty! The video then shows flashbacks from Cara's '90s inspired campaign, which saw the model channelling high-octane glamour and acting out a scene from 'Scream'. This is echoed in the recently released clip, which sees Tooks putting in that all-too-terrifying phone call.
DSquared2 certainly know how to get us talking. As well as Cara doing her thang for the brand, the design duo enlisted a supermodel army to sing backstage at their Milan show, then delivered a cheeky teaser of a hot model dropping his pants in the run up to the launch of the underwear line. Yep, you can see his whole pert derriere!
