Michelle Williams is back for the second time as the face of Louis Vuitton, posing in hologram luggage for the Spring Summer campaign. The shots focus on three LV bags: the new Lockit, the Capucines, and the Alma. This is how we dream of looking while travelling through Heathrow this summer - coloured trunks, yellow knits and Hollywood red lips.
Once again the My Week With Marilyn star looks like a modern Monroe, with a red pout and a 50s yacht-ready ensemble. Michelle got creative with her posing this time around, as she flings totes over her shoulder, sits on a stack of paintbox colour trunks and clambers into her LV luggage. The press release comments that 'her nonchalant poses reflect the understated elegance of the new day bag in supple Veau Cachemire leather, which is featured in chic pastel shades.'
The playful campaign was shot once again by the mighty Peter Lindbergh and styled by none other than Carine Roitfeld. This isn't the first time Louis Vuitton has looked to Hollywood as previous campaign stars include Angelina Jolie and Madonna.
But it's not all about the bags, as we're also lusting after the jewellery as she wears a yellow gold watch, studded rings, and a white gold and diamond bracelet and earrings from the new Emprise collection. She also wears the white gold and diamond Lockit bracelet sealed with a padlock, which matches the house's new Lockit bag.
The Louis Vuitton gig was Michelle Williams' first major fashion role. She has certainly come a long way since her Dawson's Creek days, swapping Jen Lindley's casual Creek girl style for a wardrobe of polished red carpet looks. She handles the lens like a pro, don't you think?
