She’s got an endearingly huge grin, goofy laugh and is an artist in New York City. Sound like a seriously edgy new face in the male modelling scene to you? Nope us neither. But let us present Casey Legler, the 6’ 2” tattooed wonder who is listed under Ford Men on the Ford Models website, where a range of images from her signature dandy style photoshoots are on show.
The leggy lady sporting a rather fetching quiff spoke to Time Magazine in this super sweet video below, and gave an insight into her modelling career so far. “As far as I know there aren’t any other women exclusively modelling as male models. [Laughs] That is such a weird thing to say ‘cause you know, I’m a woman! It speaks to this notion of freedom…there’s something really bold about that. Look! There is also this other way. And it’s really rad.” She is quite literally the polar opposite to the model referred to once as the fashion world’s liberality litmus test, boy turned female model Andrej Pejic.
What a sweetheart, and a tomboy at that. Rad! What a goodie. But she’s sure to reaffirm what we all secretly suspected all along…“I also look really fierce in a dress you know?” she says, laughing of course!
