Once again proving that Aussie soap Neighbours really can be a springboard for Hollywood is our latest girl crush, Margot Robbie. This blonde babe scored a winning role alongside Mr Leonardo Dicaprio in hotly tipped release, The Wolf of Wall Street, and has since been giving very good red carpet.
Yes, she may soon receive a heck of a lot of ‘phwoar’ for her sexy turn in this upcoming movie stormer, but we’re more interested in the sass she’s bringing to the style arena. In a relatively small amount of time, Margot’s successful style formula is entirely down to a chic and underplayed reliance on monochrome.

Whether pattern clashed – like her leopard print coat with a gingham shift dress – or employed into a sleek trouser suit, jazzed up with killer scarlet red stilettos, this simple and classic combination has pulled Margot through many a high profile moment.
Her stylist, Ilaria Urbinati – who just so happened to be named as one of the most powerful styilsts in The Hollywood Reporter last year – has been busy honing a classy wardrobe to riff on the natural beauty and allure of Robbie. Without slipping up on anything too daring or adventurous, she’s become an inspiration for the catwalk’s big greyscale trend this season. Ditto that choppy, long-bob hair cut – it’s more fashion forward than standard foxy starlet.
With the likes of Ralph Lauren, hot new label Delpozo and Armani lining up to dress the 23 year old, she’s come a long way from the flip flops and sundresses of Summer Bay. Scroll theough the gallery above to check out Margot’s most marvellous looks of late…
