1. Meet Dsquared2's Retro Dames
We do love those Dsquared2 boys here at Grazia Daily so when the design duo offered us an exclusive look at the short film for their Autumn Winter 2013 colleciton, how could we refuse? As ever, it's very fabulous, very tongue in cheek and veeery DSquared2. Plus, it was made with hot young director, Senio Zapruder. It sees a femme fatale looking very alluring in divine eveningwear with a classic '40s twist - we're talking everything from silk and camisole lace play peek-a-boo undergarments to rigid tailoring. Take note of the boyish ‘Jazz Pant’ with a wide leg and marked waistband for that retro-dame flair, teamed with a female version of the double breasted Napoli Jacket. See in action below...

3. Patternity Meets Pretty Polly
Ooh we do love us some hosiery so when cult pattern pioneers Patternity revealed they're joining forces with hosiery specialists Pretty Polly, we were all ears - and legs. 4. Emma Cook's Spring Summer 2014 Collection In Motion
Lovely designer Emma Cook has launched a new video that stars her Spring Summer 2014 creations in all their glory. True to her roots, Emma’s latest collection showcases her craftsmanship in silhouette and print combined with a playful spirit and sense of humour. Her innovative prints are again inspired by fantasy art and surrealism, this season manifesting themselves as tropical prints, gothic florals and colourful tartan. In the quirky film, the Emma Cook girl can be seen running through a parallel universe, fighting her way through jungle palms, swimming with swans and nearly being eaten by a monkey. The whole video has been created using stop frame animation – meaning that each girl and leaf is painstakingly printed on paper and cut out by hand, placed onto a board as a scene and then photographed, moved slightly and re-photographed and so on, to create a flipbook style animation. Genius!
5. Inside The Schumacher London Store Opening
Schumacher has come to London! The brilliant Dorothee Schumacher has brought her collections of ultra-feminine, delicate womenswear to our shores thanks to her first ever UK store, now open in Notting Hill. Grazia's Charlie Miller was there for the grand opening this week where she mingled with the likes of Caroline Issa and was treated to Berlin style curry wurst dusted with gold flakes and pink cremant. Yum! There was also a suitable dollop of German-ness courtesy of traditional beer served lovingly from nude caskets. Simply wunderbar! Check it out for yourselves at 66/68 Ledbury Road in Notting Hill.
