George At Asda Launches G21 Talent Collections With Laura Whitmore As The Face

26 March 2013 by

We here at Grazia Towers are always excited to see up-coming, home-grown talent so when our pals from George at Asda filled us in a brand new label that provides a springboard for young designers, we were all ears. Yes, as part of its continuing support of Graduate Fashion Week, George has recruited a number of students to create styles for the label G21 Talent.

The G21 Talent label is the first of its kind in the UK and features a series of limited edition, catwalk-inspired collections designed by handpicked, fashion designers - and today, we get a first glimpse at the results. Check out the beauties in the gallery above, with the full collection being available exclusively in George stores nationwide and on George.com.

Each graduate has been fully mentored through the design process, working from George's London-based Carnaby Street design headquarters. They've immersed themselves in every area of the design process from attending catwalk shows to travelling the globe for inspiration. What's more, the graduates will now see their winning designs being sold internationally as George.com is expanding delivery into no less than 24 countries in Europe.

And who's showcasing the G21 Collections? None other than gorgeous telly presenter Laura Whitmore. Check out her model pose in the image above and our picks from the G21 range in the gallery above.
