1. Accessories

Kate Moss is a heavy consumer of luxury accoutrements – her tote collection includes labels like Alaia, Balenciaga and Saint Laurent while her tootsies are always fabulously well turned out in Louboutins. Her previous collections were light on accessories, so we’d love to see what she’d come up with this time around for the high street crowd.

2. Simple Summer Frocks

As we know Mossy’s collection is set to hit stores just before the summer hols, we can certainly expect her to come up with a selection of her favourite 50’s style summertime frocks. For a reference think of that black cotton off-the-shoulder Prada number she was photographed wearing earlier in the year.

3. Jean Queen

In the past year Kate Moss has stepped out in more pairs of skinnies then we could hope to count. Seriously the woman must have a major denim walk-in situation going on because we’ve spotted printed, white, blue blue, light blue, dark blue, black, cropped, long and zippered styles adorning her coltish limbs. A KM collection sans jeans would be sacrilege.

4. Leather & Lace

While she does work colour for time to time, more often than not Kate is Morticia-esque in head to toe black. But Mossy isn’t really gothy – it’s more about femme-fetale lace and sexy skin-tight leather, adding a whiplash sensibility to her day to night look. We predict a must-have biker, a leather frock and a lace edged nightie dress in the mix.

5. Plenty Of Tailoring

Mossy and her hubby Jamie Hince have been wearing a lot of Saint Laurent by Hedi Slimane of late – and that’s meant beautifully tailored jackets and well-cut skinny trousers. While no-one does that look better than Hedi, Kate’s penchant for his vibe is sure to rub off on her own designs. We’ll eat out of our broad-brimmed hat if there’s not a tuxedo or two in the collection.

It’s been nearly three years since we saw Kate Moss’ last collection for Topshop, so news that she’s back on board and set to launch a 15th range for the high street hero next April is already getting us hot under the collar. Kate’s collections were known for reflecting her personal wardrobe complete with references to her vintage collections and favourite designs of all time. Following in that vein, we’ve put together our guesstimation of what we might expect from Kate’s brand new collection for Topshop for 2014. Just click through the gallery above >>
