This morning the Duchess of Cambridge has made a solo Valentines visit to open the Art Room at Northolt High School in Ealing, London. She will take part in an art class with students from the high school. The style icon has been a patron of the charity, which offers therapy to children between the ages of five and 16, since 2012. At another event last year she said, "I am a firm believer in the power of art to make a difference, and The Art Room is providing this on a daily basis."
Kate looks lovely in a royal blue classic dress by L.K. Bennett which is available to buy now for £225. So move fast copy Kates - we reckon it won't take long for the 'Detroit Notch Collar Fitted Dress' to sell out.
As for the accessories she paired her blue frock with a black box clutch, black courts, Kiki McDonough green amethyst and diamond cushion drop earrings (£1,200) and a simple circle necklace. Oh and her signature bouncy blow dry.
Kate is a loyal L.K. Bennett shopper, as she wore a red coat of theres to Poppy Day last year and who could forget those nude L.K. Bennett heels.

This is the Duchess' second appearance of 2014, as earlier this week she attended the National Portrait Gallery's Portrait Gala in London. The mother-of-one stepped out of her car wearing an off the shoulder ink blue silk tulle gown from Jenny Packham's Autumn Winter 2013 collection.
