It's only Wednesday and it’s already been a busy week for the Duchess of Cambridge. Yesterday she and her husband William visited the offices of Only Connect, the crime prevention charity, to meet with staff and young people and this morning she's in the midst of another public engagement. Kate is attending an event entitled ‘Resilience and Emotional Strength in Schools Forum’ hosted by the charity Place2Be for whom she has acted as a patron since April 2013.
The event is taking place in Canary Wharf in London and there the Duchess is meeting head teachers who are addressing issues such as cyber bullying and increasing the emotional strength of young students.
Yesterday Kate repeated an Orla Kiely fit-and-flare coatdress with a dove print, and today she's chosen to support the British designer again by stepping out in an Orla Kiely blue pleated skirt. Sticking to the navy theme she teamed the skirt with a jacket from Max Mara and a pair of blue suede shoes. She unintentionally had a bit of a Marilyn Moment when a gust of wind played havoc with her skirt as she accepted a bunch of flowers from a child.
