The Duchess of Cambridge is pretty in peach on the day of her second wedding anniversary. The pregnant royal is in Hampshire visiting Naomi House Children's Hospice and she's wearing a 'Manteau Trapeze Coton Serge' jacket by Tara Jarmon (€340) along with a matching frock by her own dressmaker and a pair of nude L.K.Bennett court shoes. Kate's summery coat is also available in beige and is currently in stock on the designer's website. Notably abscent today is William who is unable to be by his wife's side as he is on shift as an RAF Search and Rescue pilot in Anglesey. Luckily it is believed that the couple was able to celebrate their wedding anniversary, the last one before the birth of their first child, with a weekend away in Norfolk. Traditionally the second anniversary is marked with the gift of cotton - we wonder if Wills has been shopping at TaraJarmon.com!
Mother-to-be Kate was presented with a bouquet of flowers by a young girl called Sally Evans, eight, who suffers from spinal muscular atrophy. She received a tour of the Hospice, which provides support to children with life-limiting conditions, and was introduced to families, staff and volunteers who were there to greet her. During afternoon tea the Duchess watched a performance by a young musician, Ollie Wade, who has written a song called 'Free' in memory of his brother, Ben, who died in 2011. The single will be released at the start of Hospice Awareness Week, which Kate supports, to raise money for Naomi House Children's Hospice.
The DoC shows no signs of reducing her public appearances in the lead up to her due date. She had three official engagements last week - a primary school visit in Manchester, a charity reception at the National Portrait Gallery in London and a day at Warner Bros. Studios for the official Inauguration with William on Friday. She wore dresses by Erdem, Emilia Wickstead and Topshop, showcasing an eclectic new maternity wardrobe.
