Yesterday it was Belgium and today it's the Tower of London for our favourite royals as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge continue their duties in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of World War I. This morning, William and Kate have been joined by Prince Harry (who's third-wheeling again, bless his cotton socks) for the official unveiling of a sea of thousands of ceramic poppies. They've each planted a ceramic poppy at the art installation, which symbolises the thousands of lives lost during the war and it makes for quite the striking moment.

Not least because Kate stands out amid the sea of red in a bold blue frock by one of her old favourites. The structured dress, with a cinched waist and super-elegant neckline, comes from LK Bennett and she's teamed it with a simple black clutch and matching heels, plus that signature blow dry. It's a perfectly classic look for the formal occasion.

The DoC has long been a loyal L.K. Bennett shopper, from her red coat to the white and blue number she wore to during the tour of Australia [above right] and not forgetting those legendary nude heels which have seen many an outing. Ever the style recycler, we've seen this blue frock several times before - most recently when Kate visited to Northolt High School earlier this year - and lucky for you copy Kates, it's still available on the website for £225. Go go go!
